As our products are customized to order, manufacturing typically requires 3 to 5 business days. All orders will be dispatched to our logistics center within 5 to 7 business days following order confirmation.

Shipping Time: This refers to the duration required for the package to reach its destination after dispatch from our logistics center. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method.
3. Shipment Tracking
All consignments are equipped with dedicated tracking numbers. Customers can monitor their shipment status in real-time through the "My Orders" or "Order Status" sections of their account.

Important Notice Regarding Delays: The shipping timeframes specified above represent standard averages under normal operating conditions. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, geopolitical conflicts, natural disasters, or global public health emergencies. Under such circumstances, processing and transit times may be extended by up to an additional 7 business days.
5. Customs, Tariffs, and Taxation
While import duties are rarely imposed on our shipments, stricter customs inspections worldwide may occasionally result in additional charges.

Import Duties & VAT: Value-Added Tax (VAT), customs duties, or brokerage fees may be levied by the destination country. These fees are entirely separate from, and independent of, our shipping charges. This policy applies uniformly to both retail and wholesale customers.
