We operate a 30-day return policy, which entitles you to request a return within thirty (30) days from the date of receiving your merchandise.
1. Return Eligibility and Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must be in brand-new, resalable condition—exhibiting no obvious signs of use, wear, or alteration, with all original tags and labels intact.
Products with specific or branded packaging must be returned in their original packaging, which must remain completely undamaged and free from any defects that could diminish its resale value.
Additionally, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is strictly required to initiate and complete your return request.

Important Notice: Items sent back to us without a prior authorized return request via email will be strictly rejected and will not qualify for a refund.

3. Damages, Defects, and Order Discrepancies
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. In the event that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us immediately so that we may promptly evaluate the issue and implement the appropriate corrective measures.

The most efficient method to secure a replacement item is to return the original product via the approved return process. Once the return is accepted and processed, you may execute a separate purchase for the desired item.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the aforementioned policies, if the merchandise is being shipped to a destination within the European Union (EU), you possess the statutory right to cancel or return your order within fourteen (14) days for any reason and without justification.
To exercise this right, the item must comply with the same standards outlined above: it must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
7. Refunds
Upon receipt and subsequent inspection of your returned merchandise, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be advised that banking institutions or credit card issuers may require additional processing time to post the transaction to your account.
